How can I search CV’s?
As registered employer you are able to search CV’s only by purchasing a CV search packages. Once you purchased the C search package you will be able to search CV’s according to your package limitations (For package details visit: http://www.jobzo.com/shop/)
How can I create a search agent?
Login as Employer. Go to My CV search. You can give some criteria’s whatever you want to get the result, in the My Cv search. In the bottom of the search you can find a field “Create New search agent”. There you can give any name of your search agent and click on search button. Then the result will be displayed and the search agent will be automatically stored in the database.
What is Jobzo Mail frequency?
The Jobzo mail frequency is a keyword for the process of sending mail alerts from Jobzo, based on the search agent, the employer created. There are three types of Mail frequency. 1. Daily, Weekly and Monthly. When a employer created a search agent, the default mail frequency will be set as Daily. Mail frequency will be an important part Match making process.
What is Match making? What is Match Indicator?
Matchmaking is the process of matching the jobseeker with Employer matching with qualities expected from both side.
For example,
If a jobseeker applied to a job in PHP/Java with job category: IT software services and Functional area as: Information Technology. An employer also posts a job with the same requirement as the jobseeker expected. Then the employer view their job application in their job application tab (job application is a feature in jobzo where you can see the applications of jobseekers per job), the Match indicator will show the matches with jobseeker related to that job with the orange color match indicator progress bars. The match indicator will be unique feature in Jobzo, where no other job portal doesn’t have this feature
How can I manage Job applications? Can I set the status for jobseekers?
Yes. You can view and manage the job applications for your job.
Can I manage the search agent?
Yes. You cam manage the search agents from My saved search agent tab after you logged in.
Can I delete my search agent?
Yes. You can delete or edit your search agents.
