Become the Dream Employee

How do you become a perfect employee? How can you become the team player everybody is dreaming of? What makes you the perfect employee? Below you find some tips:

 

1. Respect

Threat everybody with respect. From low level workers up to the top management. Make sure you threat them all well and look after their common interest.

 

2. Be a team player

Make sure everybody wants to co-operate with you due to your inter human skills. Cooperate with everybody and try to achieve the best possible results. Do not try to rule the team, be a valuable member and give input when needed.

 

3. Working Ethic

Have a strong working ethic. Make sure you are the person one remembers as “that hard – working person from department B”. Do not make overtime because you want to make a good impression. Make overtime in order to be one step ahead.

 

4. Be an expert

Make sure you know most. Read files and documents and make sure you are always a few steps ahead of your colleagues.

 

5. Be professional

You should be the professional at all times. No matter remarks, working ethics, behaviour or work from other people. You should be in control. In case someone threats you with disrespect, that in most cases is due to jealousy. Do not bother about it. Be professional, your time will come. Do not vent your frustrations throughout the company. You will be nicknamed “ that complainer” which is not good for your image.
